Marje
Marje Mandre
Manager and sales
Marje discovered the world of translation in 2003 and quickly understood that this was her passion. After trying out all the functions at a translation agency and successfully running two agencies, she grew a dream of having one on her own. And here it is... She wakes up every morning with joy to greet her wonderful translators and thank her dear clients for their trust.
Marje is working all the time. You can call her with your translation request even at weekends and holidays. She works quietly and quickly, so as to make time for occasional theatre nights or concerts, take a walk by the sea or spoil her loved ones with her delicious cooking.
Erge
Erge Metsoja
Quality control and word processing
Erge discovered the translation industry for herself already back in 2005 when she started out as a young translation coordinator and quickly learned how to be a stickler for detail, have an eagle eye for error and be a productive negotiator. Erge has worked for three translation agencies and realised how much she enjoys working with and instructing superb translators/editors and finishing up the process with cool desktop publishers.
Erge’s “weakness” is writing the most wonderful emails to translators – so that no detail goes unnoticed and the translators immediately understand what is expected from them. And if she could, she would send a jar of jam with each message 😉
Erge has a wide range of interests. In addition to two jobs, she enjoys going to the theatre, hanging out in the nature and capturing it in wonderful photos and/or preserving it in jars. She is also an absolute bookworm.
Ragnar Rannamets
Sales and finance
Ragnar joined the translation sector in 2010 and immediately realised that communicating with clients and designing precise and well-scheduled projects is his thing. As a project manager, he has been involved in all kinds of projects, the largest of which is the Auvere power plant project that involved the translations of multi-thousand-page manuals with design and layout, as well as the organization of weekly interpretation service at the site.
Ragnar’s client portfolio includes clients mostly from Estonia and other European countries, but there are some from Asia and the United States as well.
Ragnar finds time for everything! He has been an entrepreneur since 2013, and in addition to three professional positions, he also manages to find time to sing in a choir and conquer new travel destinations.
